CBSSportsline emails and Alerts (1 Viewer)

Are any of you who still use CBSSportline for their league experiencing issues receiving timely notifictions and emails for add/drops, waivers, trade offers etc?

In some cases I may receiving the emails 12-15 late or not at all. CBS is sending me server logs show the emails going out but they are not being received all the time? I have tried Yahoo email and Gmail and both have these issues

I'm also not getting all of the transaction alerts for add/drops. I'll get maybe 1 in 4.

Have you talked to CBS. I think they have an issue and cant solve it, or maybe mostly unaware of the issue. I am looking to move to MFL next year unless they fix it

Ive said this before and i'll say it again. CBS's new interface is terrible. Call them and complain about it, they will make it right. I completely had the website shut down during our draft and was given $80 back and 50% off for next year because of it. It was not the only issue we have had, but the most significant. So send them an email and see what they say. Address the email to Jason Kint as he is the General Manager of CBSSports.com

I dont like the interfce either, but I am adjusting to it. That isnt my issue. But not knowing when a player gets dropped and they can get picked up right away IS a problem, that affects my season

Lol at "timely alerts". I selected Fantasy Score Update to be sent to my mobile phone as a text. Well for one, they are honest - it's "update"...singular. One text with a FF score update (and my game only). And when does it come? Usually about half time of the 2nd games on Sunday afternoon. How's that for useless?

If they want to send out only 1, why not at the END of the late games? Or send out one alert at about 4 EST, then another at 7:30 EST.

There are actually some decent reason to have a league on CBS - their ability to do anything that does not involve going to their website with anything other than a computer is NOT one of them.
