It isn't the stat line that concerns me at all... it's the fact that Cambell never looked for Cooley, and he was open quite a few times. It seems to me that Zorn could be losing some players... Jansen looked pissed, while his fill in looked lousy... Portis was telling Zorn what would work, not the other way around, and Cooley was clearly frustrated by watching Cambell throw into coverage when he was open AND at the first down marker.
Those are all red flags to me... and a continuation of Washington's poor play in the preseason. The "underutilization" of the TE in Zorn's offense doesn't hold water, as Cooley was often wide... basically, playing WR.
Cooley was pretty frustrated after the Carolina "game" (if you can call it that), so there was some indication this could be a long year for him. I expect some drama come week 6 or 7.
