I was down 6, and won by 3 on the 35 yard TD run.

I was texting my buddy saying good game, then he popped the 35 yard td.

I thought he was going to come thorugh the phone. :banned:

I almost feel guilty.

Why was he even in?

5-1 with that loss. Still league leader with the loss.

Exciting to watch, was 3 points ahead at the start of that last drive, then tied till that run on 4th down.

I was up by less than a point before that run, facing Bironas. So the garbage PAT pissed me off, but I still had the Titans D, so when it was followed up with the garbage time sack, I still won!

I needed 20 points to win and he got 20.1 ... lol. That's what teams get for calling timeout down 20 with less than two minutes left.

Also... I needed about 5 more out of CJ, thanks to Trent Edwards hitting Thomas so often.

Another reason for me to hate Trent Edwards

I won my game by just over half a point (.54) thanks to that TD run. I've been unusually lucky this year, so I hope that holds through the postseason.

I was up 1 with no one left and my opponent had Rob Bironas. Stop CJ and I win. Instead its a tie. At least I didnt lose though!

Exact same situation. Except add in I had Vince Young who went down so I was scared all game.

Made me lose by less than a point. I ####### hate Jeff Fisher. What the hell is CJ doing in the game at that point.

I hate CJ. I lost the championship last year because Fisher kept running him in the 4th over and over against SD even though the Titans were down by a few scores just so CJ could get his 2k. What other player gets put in JUST to get stats, regardless of the game situation?

In one league I won on the last play of the game. Had Trent Edwards in my QB3 spot, and that run of 3 yards on 4th and 4 put me up by 0.6pts.

In my other league I won because the game finished before 9:02pm PST. Got me the extra 3 points I needed.

All of the Dallas Cowboys?

Every NFL starting QB and most WRs on teams that are down by 20 with less than two minutes left?

I won my game and wouldve been in first place all by myself but other team with CJ in my division ended up winning with that late TD. oh well

There's zero doubt in my mind that Jeff Fisher owns Chris Johnson on his fantasy squad. It's the only reason important enough for him to be in there at that point.

Mine was close to that against a fellow FBG. I was playing CJ and Mike Thomas with a comfortable lead and then the run put me behind by 0.8 pts. I had the Titans D, so that last sack got me a 0.2 pt win.

Down by 1pt...needed 9 yards for the tie. 19 for the win to go to 6-0 in my $250/16teamer. Next closest are two teams a 4-2.

Sweet

Up 6.72 before the run...the TD + yards gave him 9.5 but he had the Jags Def which at 28 points against is a -3, so a net 6.5 on the play. I wasn't watching the scoring, so I poopy'd my pants when it happened, but still won by .22, which is close enough to have to sweat out this week's stat corrections...hopefully the stupid play at the end of the Dallas game was scored correctly!

I won my game, but lost the weekly high points thanks to that run. The td would have been a tie for high points, but the 35 yards was the difference. Dude wound up with 109...I had 106. At least I wasn't playing him.

I don't own Johnson, nor did I play against him. It had no relevance on my fantasy week.

But I don't understand why your bell cow is in the game at that point. Someday you're going to get him injured and look pretty stupid.

Yes, I know these guys have performance based kickers, so it's more complex, but it still seems silly to me.

Owner of CJ took first place in point from me because of that meaningless TD, seriously why is the best RB in the league still playing in the 4th quarter of a blowout win, if I were the Jag's defenders I would have been trying to seriously injure CJ it's a slap in the face to the Jag's.

I am in a league where you get 2 VP for a win and 0,1 or 2 VP for your score if you get in the top 4 scoring for the week you get 2 VP and our playoffs and seeding are based off VP not record.

So there I am in 4th in scoring all I need is CJ not to score a TD he can run for 0 yards or 34 yards on that play as long as it wasn't a 35 yard TD

If he gains 0-4 yards they turn ball over on downs I get 2 VP

If he runs for a 1st down I get 2 VP as they will then run out the clock

What happens though ? Jacksonville looks like they don't give a crap let him run for an easy TD and I end up 5th in scoring by less than 1 freaking point.

If I miss my playoffs by 1 VP I am going to throw myself off a bridge.

I still say Peterson is the best

Had to sweat my 6 pt lead with bironas against his Mercedes Lewis + CJ all through that terrible game, in the last minute 40 CJ punches it on a 4th and 5 on the 35 after the jags call a terrible time out, I lost by 2 pts...

dumb.

less fumbles, better pass blocker - CJ is the better back.

I concur with the "why was CJ in the game at that point" crowd; however, his 35 yard run and td put me into the W column by 1 pt (and I would have lost in a tie breaker).

CJ is a better blocker, seriously, Ringer can't take the ball and run into the line to use up the clock? No way the cat should have been in the game at that point. Risking injury to pad stats is ridiculous.
