I think CJ3 will probably have another big game vs the Colts this week. But, being a Colts fan, and owning both Gore and S. Jackson, I am going to have to sit him this week.

I can't root for the guy to rip my home team, even though I know it will probably happen.

uhhhhh... this is fantasy football. I would play Manning if I had him and I am a huge Titans fan. Play CJ3.

CJ3 is a must play this week..... I have Turner, CJ3 and MBIII. Turner will be sitting easily as I see it.

Oh what the hell I'm bored so I'll bite. Dynasty? Cashed in on having 3 top 5 WRs? How does one wind up with Steven Jackson and Gore?

Ps I hate posts like the one I just made, so apologies in advance.

Why did you start a thread telling us this? Are you looking for feedback on who you should start?

Man I wish I believed in this guy from the get-go. I watch him every week, he's an excellent talent and stud for all intensive purposes... I would start him regardless of the match up. This guy can't straight ball.

That is a terrible way to manage a team. I am a huge Broncos fan, but trust me, if I have someone on an offense that is playing them, they are probably going to start for me, especially nowadays. :goodposting: :goodposting:

Most of our league is Bronco fans too. We are here in Colorado. A guy last year sat LT when SD played Denver. We (mostly me) flamed him on the league message board because he could possibly change the whole scope of the playoffs based on him taking a loss and another team getting an undeserved win. He refused to play LT because the Broncos are his favorite team. It turns out that he would have lost those games anyway, so it didn't change the playoff seedings, but the flaming was enough for the guy to not want to play in the league this year. He will always be the butt of jokes in the league though. I guess why I said all this is to tell you to not be the butt of the jokes in your league. Play your best players regardless of who your favorite team is. Don't be that guy.

I've got Steve Jackson and Westbrook (through trade) and I'm almost hoping the Eagles rest Westbrook another week so I can start CJ... It's hard to sit him, but if SJAX and Westbrook do play- they have nice matchups too- and its hard to sit them.... I'm tempted though with CJ's matchup on national tv!!

I am likely going to play CJ3 and MJD over Westy this week. With Westy still injured and C Buck having success two weeks ago I think the other guys are better plays.

I drafted S. Jax in the 1st rd and acquired Gore in a trade for Warner and Forte. Have Cutler. Drafted CJ3 in the 5th rd I believe and Forte in 6th rd.

Wow, the board police are in full effect!

No, I think they are all good starts. Just letting everyone know how painful it is to sit CJ3 this week. Not the best topic I've ever started but I'm bored at work. But, being a Colts fan and the fact that Landwhale White vultures Tds makes it a little less painful.

Since this is a borderline ACF post I'll just pour some gas on the fire:

My starters are normally Turner and CJ3, but this week I'm going to roll with CJ3 and FatDale again. Turner is playing @ Philly and I started both TEN guys last weekend (which obviously paid off). My other options are Torrain, Benson, and JStewy.

Can lightning strike twice?!? :football:

I will most certainly keep you all posted on the outcome of my decisions!

I have both CJ and LenDale and I'm planning on playing them both this week (something I should've done last week, I guess).

Portis, Gore and CJ3 here...tough time deciding who to start between Gore and CJ3...CJ3's upside on MNF is through the roof.

He's going to rip your team a new one regardless, so start him and get the points.

as a fellow colts fan, he starts for me this week. unless the colts decide to pull a couple of 300 DT outta their asses, the ripping is inevitable. now, if the colts should happen to shut cj3 down, then that's fine too. i've never been upset when i lose a week due to the play of colts players.

He's going to dominate your defense no matter how you slice it, so you might as well get the points

Here's what you do.

Take him out of your lineup. Then, tell one of your friends to log into your account and put him back in on gameday. Then, either beat yourself over the head or take some kind of drug to forget telling your friend this. On gameday, you will root against him as if he wasn't in your lineup, then be pleasantly surprised when afterwards you find out that he was, and your Colts getting shredded wasn't for naught.

I can make a case for being a true blue homer. But not for being a guppy homer.
