I alwasy find it interesting to which number they choose (or are given), but I cant find Chris Johnson's Titans jersey number anywhere

anyone know it?

Here's the real info.

I have attended both days of Titans training camp. CJ was not on the field Friday (wasn't signed?) but he practiced today wearing #28. On the official roster given out to fans/ attendees, CJ is #28.

He looks great and fast in shoulder pads. Haven't been able to get to practice in time to see special teams practice to see him return kicks, but in practice reps his speed is noticeable.

Another pleasant surprise is that both LenDale White & Mike Williams look to be in good shape to start camp. Mike is one of FOUR Titans WRs with the surname Williams lol!!

the reason the numbers are conflicting is that he started in #29

but he purchased the right to wear #28 from teammate Chris Carr (for $5,000 )
