Some people I know have gone away from the generics and straight to some legit Indian pharmacy grades.  The one everyone seemed to settle on was better then Cialis itself. Nary a side effect and lasted a full 48 hours.  But they are expensive* and shipping/paying a big hassle, yet everyone rejected the other offerings in favor of these. *Not like Cialis at Walgreen/Riteaid expensive. But still about 1/8th their cost.

In Mexico is it just as easy as going to a pharmacy and getting a pack?  I think that is going to be the way I go.  And just mix some in with some vitamins on the way home.

It's easy but expect to pay a lot of $ for the real stuff.  I think a 4 pack of 100mg viagra was close to $80.

I have no idea on alldaychemist, I knew a couple years ago they were well thought of.  I figured someone around here would have some idea as they were pretty popular. Its not who I use but I know they used to be utilized a lot with good feedback.

I told a few people via PM a couple options. Had very positive feedback from them.  I guess it was my addition to thread.

If it says the American name its going to be expensive.  Crazy stuff is around 44.00 a pill in the states.

If it is the same (and often better) stuff from another country with just a different name on it, then it gets 70%-95% cheaper.

I've always preferred levitra to the other big 2. Recovery is pretty instant, and the effects last anywhere from 16 to 24 hours, meaning Im able to go at the drop of a hat during that time, regardless of how many times prior Ive performed on that dose...also, the pills are smaller and go further for me. With a 20gm Levitra, I can split it into 4 and take 5mg per dose...this is with the authentic stuff only, I've found the generics take at least 10mg and sometimes the whole 20mg to have the same effect.

This is called the refractory period and some people are non-responders to this type of medicine for that.  It is actually uncommon to have any of these decrease the refractory period.  There are other drugs you can take for this that are intended for people that have a refractory period of like a week, not hours, because it impacts their fertility.

The research out there is limited in this regard. Most of what you get is anecdotal. 

Reload frequency is primarily a dopamine receptor issue. So a nitric oxide pathway like Viagra doesnt make sense

There are some herbs that purport to do this. L dopa for one.

Yes.

You need to inhibit/stop dopamine followed by prolactin "floods" to your system. Some people have this more naturally/genetically.

Cia/Via/Lev help some, tho cabergoline is far better. But you need to take it far more often and raise your sitting blood plasma levels.

When I was visiting my buddy in Chicago his wife who works at a doctors office gets free samples packs of all the stuff.  Gave me a 4 pack of real Cialis.  It works great but I had horrible lower back pain and leg cramps for 3-4 days.  So bad that I could not sleep.  At first I did not relate it to the Cialis but the next time I took the same thing happened.  Thought maybe it was just me so a third time the same thing happened.  Went online and this is a side effect for many.

It's funny how these pills effect everyone differently.   Cialis (non generic) felt really clean to me with no notable side effects.  Viagra (non generic) on the other hand produced terrible cotton mouth and bad headaches the follow day.  Both produced boners.

I had double hernia surgery a few years ago. My doc gave me a script to help me deal with "discomfort" following surgery. I had the low dose Cialas for daily use. Great time to be divorced and dating.
