What is the maximum DE you can loot from a base?

Storage - 3000

Drills - Full level 6 drills provide 1350 each = 4050

Clan Castle (war loot). A clan castle in a L10 clan can hold max 15k DE (10k plus the perk of 50% extra storage). Not sure if any are L8 yet, but their capacity would be 14k DE. There are lots of L6 clans, the max DE they can hold is 13k. A TH10 CC can be raided for 5% of its contents; which (presuming full for this exercise) is 750 DE (L10 clan) or 650 DE (L6 clan) . Of course no one would keep this much DE in their CC (DE is actually safer in DE storage anyway)

Loot bonus - 1200 for Champs3, and I doubt any here would farm any higher than that. But in legend league you can get a 2000 DE bonus per win.

Absolute theoretical max = 9800 DE from one raid

More realistic max = 7050 + a couple hundred from war CC + whatever loot bonus for your league

I've actually tasted tam's tears thru my screen as he got wiped out for 550/550/buttload not emptying his war loot.

 
It was only 3500 DE. Not much you can do I was maxed on my DE in my storage and wanted queen up for war. My gems are quite low and debating if I want to reload.

I'd rather lose the 500 extra versus throwing away the 12k by building all witches

Yeah I'm keeping a bunch of loot in CC right now because my storages are close to max and my lab isn't quite free. Would rather not have all my collectors end up totally full and be stuck on max loot.

I'm balancing between spending on one lego each time I am close to maxing myloot and keeping close to max loot so I can do lab, BK, and a wiz tower as soon as the lab and builders free up.

I've been hit by 2 people with max giants and barch and healers and they haven't been able to hit a storage yet though, which is nice.

Yes please. I've found some huge raids lately, but never that much. Someone a while back did post a raid that had over 1 million gold available. Would be amazing.

 
Shuke had a little field trip to a buddies clan during golden week. Was keeping that account active to level up the royals and get haste in the lab. Probably the last time I raid with that account ever will be this week.

Side note: Champs was good, but Silver was INSANITY for TH9 this week.

Anyways, did about 3 wars with these guys. It was a clan with like 3 th10 10 th9 and 20-30 th8 and lower.

Max drags in the CC were just crushing them and the opponents at TH8 and below levels. Guys would run th8 max gowipe/gohog stuff and would run out of wizards trying to get the drag or be completely out of cleanup troops by the time it was dead. And it wasn't really deployment issues, the aggro range of the drag is hard to drop into. And mass drags vs max drag was a trainwreck. Watched one max drag live to the end of a defense taking out about 8 drags itself one at a time.

Th9 and higher i think mass drags aren't a huge big deal unless missing a queen. In fact, I sort of would prefer it to a hound as it's very predictable and won't tie up the queen too long.

Lesson here is throw those max drags in where you anticipate a TH8 attack. It's extremely overpowered at this point.

 
I've seen way too many of our TH9 attacks ruined from a CC dragon. We need to have them in almost all CCs.

All it takes is for the Queen to wander a little bit and you are screwed. It's happened to me to culd to almost everyone at some point.

Nah. Just need to know how to handle it. Watch JR's two attacks from the last real war. Both drags, no problems.

If you try putting down Wiz one at a time to kill drags, you're gonna have a bad time. Drop them all at once and a drag disappears in a hurry. No change from L4 to L5.

 
What's this boost trick again?

Upgrade -> cancel -> re-boost?

Spending ~180k to get 500k I guess?

Mine was me being an idiot and not seeing how far over the cc radius was. Popped so late queen was busy doing other ####.

To expand, the jump from L4 -> L5 dragons is 20 damage per attack and 200 HP. Vs a group of wiz, it is completely irrelevant whether it is an L1 or L5 drag.

7 L5 wiz getting 1 attack off is 1785 damage; not enough to kill an L1 drag (1900hp) so they'll all fire twice anyway which is 3570 damage, more than enough to take out an L5 drag. An L1 drag still takes out a wiz in 1 shot so the strength of the drags attacks means nothing (except vs other drags).

Nothing that TH8s haven't been dealing with for a long time.

Unless there is war loot in CC, the max DE you can get from a base is 7050. I've gotten it once.

Yeah for some reason there seems to be a lot of people down with 15v15, and then at least another contingent who feel bad leaving because that'll be the 15v15 back-breaker or something.

was able to manage this with shuke pretty well. Some rumors out there it wouldn't work this time, but still got them running

I got stupid close with 950 mil gold in one raid... Still looking for that extra 50,000! :)

 
Is it time to cut ties with the random jason that someone let in not realizing it wasn't The Jason

I show him as a 18.24 AAV with 1/1 TH9 3* in 17 recorded attacks and 6/16 2* vs TH10. He's a mutli inferno th10 with medium heroes. That's pretty darn mediocre.

Not sure we can carry that given he's not one of us.

 
You have to take the AAV thing with a huge dose of skepticism. You can maybe compare pure TH9 and pure TH10 but the bullies are going to be over-valued. Plus, not everyone had an account starting out so data is a little thin on some.

Only had a ####ty army so I walked away with 670/281/1400

114 on 92 for us

111 on 86 for the gemmers

We've got more firepower left though. They've only got 1 top 10 attack left to our 2. If their lower members were any good they could clean up 3-4 stars down low. Fortunately for us, that hasn't been the case!
