Hello, Chief Issam here.
I didn't see a post describing how awesome the new shop will be, so let me be the first.
I'm pretty sure we all don't spend a lot buying commons and rares from the shop for one reason; after buying 3 or 4 cards it becomes CRAZY expensive. So, the current (old shop) works like that: Commons increase by 20%, rares by 40% and epics by 80%. So the first 15 commons will cost 236 gold, which doesn't seem a lot, but if we buy the first 25 commons instead, it will cost a whopping 1532 gold, which is a lot for buying 25 commons, let's take a look at the rares. If you want to buy the first 5 rares from the shop it will cost you 436 gold, which is OK. But if you want to buy 15 rares. it will cost you 15370, yes you read that right, 15370 gold.
Here's the nice part. In the new upcoming update. if you want to buy the first 15 commons, it will cost you 240 gold, which is more than it is currently (236 gold), but let's see how much it costs to buy the first 25 commons. It costs 650 gold, which is a LOT cheaper than the current 1532 gold. Let's talk about the rares now, buying the first 5 rares in the new update costs 300 gold, which is already better than the current. But let's take a look at how much buying 15 rares cost in the new update: 2400 gold. It's still a lot, but a LOT less than the current price for that (15370 gold).
It's time to talk about epics. So, most of us ONLY buy 1 epic from the shop if needed, especially if you're a F2P player, but it doesn't hurt knowing the cost difference. Buying 4 epics from the shop now costs 23744 gold. Buying 4 epics in the next update costs 20000 gold. Not a big of a difference, but let's say you want to buy ALL 10 of the epics in the shop (You'd be crazy if you did that). It would currently cost you 890109 gold, believe it or not (lmao). But if you decide to buy 10 epics in the next update (which is a much better idea) it would cost you 110000 gold, which isn't considered a lot compared to that huge number.
Summary: You'll be able to buy a lot more cards from the shop in the next update as a F2P player.
