Corking the bat actually hurts power.Sliding is faster when you need to stop on the base. They didnt do first or home though.
Humid balls travel less distance
No pitcher could ever generate enough lift to make a fastball rise.
The cover does not fly off a baseball until its essentially a bullet. Though they didnt try that with an older ball, still seems highly unlikely given the speed differentials involved.
