great win...can't figure this defense out <_<
my guess is they need to give the corners more help.
Unfortunately, they also have to give the front more help.
The Titans showed an offense no one has ever seen before in the first and it was wonderful. It had to totally catch the Browns off guard. Even locker looked good.
The second half was the 2014 Titans with the worst looking O in the league. The D didn't need to stop them, they're making a 4 yard pass on 3rd and 10. They're making the millionth pass to the TE or RB and ignoring the WR.
The only deficiency I saw with the Browns that was concerning was Skrine, I think Ihave the name right, the CB opposite Haden. He stinks and he needs to go. Wright "killed" him, Hunter did, and if I'm not mistaken Walker's lone first half catch was against him. We've all had teams with DBs like that-it can't be that easy, that predictable. He might've allowed 200 yards in the first half alone so don't reply with some sugar-coating. In the least, he needs to be benched and spend some time with the coaches. It's the NFL, they have a backup DB-he can't be worse.
The Titans have bleeding ray wilson who is terrible too which may have led me to spell his name wrong. "We" used to have Finnegan and Verner and I'm well used to seeing the opposing CB stink. Young Verner went for every single possible INT and a simple pump fake got him burned all the time, but at the time I was like eh at least that's something.
The horsepucky late hit and slap of the helmet will surely be dealt with, otherwise I didn't really see anything to be concerned with. The Titans sure didn't test em' in the second half.
I suppose the run game, but everyone was cheating to try and help that DB...he's gotta be benched
