COD: Advanced Warfare (1 Viewer)

I tried to come up with a class. There are too many things to pick and too much unknown. If I pick cold blooded am I immune to UAV with enemy direction and threat detection?

Lightweight stock might be a must with everyone blasting around. Biggest thing I've seen watching videos is that it is hard to stay on target when someone blasts left or right and into the air.

I don't think so. You would have to have Low Profile for that?

It's not a greed perk, it's actually a Wildcard. It's just called Perk # Greed.

Which allows me to get extra perks.

If you are using suppressor/stealth perks then blast suppressor will be a must. Every time you double jump you show up on the map without it.

I understand (I think ) but isnt the purpose of the greed wildard to get an additional perk from that particular group? IE, Getting Lightweight and Lowprofile from the perk 1 list?

Yeah

The little I have seen (and I have only watched 2 clips) make me not interested at this point. The game play in the first video I saw showed 2 quick scopes...f**k that. I haven't put ghost into my ps3 in 3 months or downloaded the new maps even though I have the season ticket. Won't be buying this anytime near launch...fool me once.
Once?

Sigh.

Ok, so when you have this:

Perk 2 Greed(10)
+Blind Eye(11)

Perk 3 Greed(12)
+Toughness(13)
Shouldnt you have another perk listed under Perk 2 and 3?
These are the perks I have in that loadout.

Perk 1 Set
Low Profile

Perk 2 Set
Cold Blooded
Blind Eye (with Greed Wildcard)

Perk 3 Set
Hard Wired
Toughness (with Greed Wildcard)

So with the wildcards I have 5 perks.

Struggling on whether to get CoD or H:MCC.

:/
H:MCC will be the much better value play imo, but it will depend on if you want to play with the other peeps in here. Other than Prime for a couple of days after launch, I'm not sure who else will be playing H:MCCC online out of the core FBG's.

I'll be getting both but I expect that playing Halo will primarily be a solo endeavor (or with my RL friends).

I used to like you, Ryodan.

Yeah, my main motivation is to play with other peeps. I have a lot more friends outside of FBG that will probably get and play CoD for a long time, so it tips it that way.

I don't really have time to play both, either, so that's another big reason just to pick one.

I still like you - at least for the one or two weeks that you are around and not playing NCAA roundball 2KX

I'll be on MCC for the long haul. I was doing some looking last week and I played 7,000 games on Halo 2 and 3 across my GTs. I won't be playing that extensively but I'd say 3-4 nights a week would be probable. Definitely will be off work on release of MCC.

You can't buy both? Don't have to lock yourself in. Saving yourself $60?
Yeah Clawyer, can't you buy both?
Who said I wasn't? I suck at Halo, but I'm game. Chances of a PS4 are down to single digits.
You were terrible at COD when you started. Now look at you.
I don't have high hopes I can return to an average player. Haven't played a game for a while.

I have been quitting for 10 months at a time for years. It usually only takes a few days to get back to normal every time. The hardest thing for me is playing two different FPS games at the same time COD/Halo.

Another difference will be comparing what I've spent on a new xbox, scuf, games, etc. and what else that could have bought for the house. "I hope you enjoy your game, that's one less ceiling fan we could have purchased"- Clawyer's wife

Sweet.

I'm still trying to figure out my game plan for next week onwards. I've successfully relocated my gaming setup from our bedroom to one of our spare rooms that I sleep in on weeknights (I get up much earlier than her). This has allowed me the option to get a bit of gaming in after she goes to bed (around midnight EST). Only problem is, she has no idea I've done this, and so I'm worried that if I decide to try to get on the XB1 during the evening while she's at home, she will realize what I've done and pull the plug on the whole thing.

tl:dr - I can probably get on from 5-7pm and 12pm-1:30am EST weekdays, and otherwise will be very sporadic.

I'm not as good as you guys so I'll probably do my Scorestreaks something like:

UAV+Orbital 700

Care Package+DoubleTap+Better Odds+Support

Warbird 800

I figure the UAV+Orbital is big for the team and the Warbird is a great killing kill streak.

And if I'm not getting either of those, it will take a while, but I'm guaranteed a care package and between better odds and double tap, the odds of a powerful killstreak from it is pretty high.

Sounds like the risks I take with my wife.

Long answer - no. Short answer - no.

Now that she embroiders shirts for people on the side that's something that draws attention away from my hobbies.

Are there support streaks anymore?

I think they are just score streaks for this game.

Yes/No.

There are no explicit support streaks. But you can equip a support module to a few of the scorestreaks and then you don't lose your progress towards it when you die.

Has it come out yet how much the Peripherals Perk increases the size of your mini-map? If it's a significant amount, that sounds like it could be a huge benefit in standard gameplay unless everyone uses the stealth perks.
