arena 4x4 has bans/protects - you can ban guns/attachments/everything so SND should be fun

yep....specialists might be OP tho....you get that by just staying alive lol
only downside is it takes awhile for the game to start due to players picking bans/protects/ specialists

gametypes are sweet too.....uplink is super fun as well as safeguard and demo is back

XO One headset by turtle beach. They are quite nice and I got them last year on Black Friday for like $40. I think they are down to the mid $50's with no deals now. They feel a little cheap plasticky but work well and come with a mute/volume adjuster that plugs right in and is easy to use. Also is has various bass adjustments. The sounds Nora's good as my old 7.1 setup but it's still much better than speakers and make it so everyone else's they bothered by the noise. They are a solid low/mid range costing headset without braking the bank.

Astros are pretty good. The best sound I ever had was actually using a Astro Mixamp and splicing that into a nice pc headset with a portable mic. But Astros, at least the older ones were really good. Lately I have heard they aren't as comfy.One other thing about the xo one's. I have headsets in the past that would hurt my head and these feel nice and comfy. They are over ear.

I picked this up.....looks like turtle beach had some type of recall with one of their sets....molding or something not taking that risk imo

Enjoy the headset, they make games much nicer imo when playing at night or when other people are around.Side note,my blops got hit with an update that apparently no one else has, aka something went wrong and would freeze and drop when trying to start the game. Delete and reinstall :/

Yeah, maybe not the best marketing strategy to make it easier for the top players to dominate while average players get crushed even more so than previous COD iterations.
Actually, I haven't played it yet. My kid's are playing it and it looks decent. In the early going their K/D is similar to previous versions, so I am not sure that is going on any more than before.

So i suck at the twitch up close shooting. My game is not the smgs so what are some of your guys favorite AR's and LMG's? I so far have found the Gorgon LMG with quickdraw and a grip to just melt people away if I catch them at mid-long range. Additionally rapid fire can be combined with the combo to make it even greater. It reminds me a lot of the RPD in MW2.

First complaint, and this may be on xbox live instead of B3 but we were in a party of 6 last night and I kept getting booted saying couldn't connect to xbox live. Others seemed to have similar problems.

If it makes you feel any better the chatter on twitter has been that the COD servers have actually been down on ps4 a number of times since launch. Sony network sucks, it's why I stayed with Microsoft

PS4 gets map packs early by a month I think, but its still on PSN. I have a cod friend that only plays it, he went out and switched consoles yesterday to play on XBL instead.
Depends on who you'd rather play with.

I agree, but I have seen negative nancy's be positive about this game. I told myself I wasn't buying it, but the hype seems to be legit.

I played a couple hours worth so far.
General observations:
Knifing/melee is worthless again. 2 shots to kill an undamaged opponent and they will generally beat you if they just keep firing.
Shotguns seem nerfed too. Shotguns have really low range and generally take 2 shots to kill. Worse is that they don't seem to have as much of a speed advantage as previous games.
My K/D is virtually the same as it is in most of the COD series so I don't think this on is any better for my style of play, but I am generally enjoying the feel of the game.
The sliding and wall walking seem pretty natural.
I like playing Nuk3town, yet again. Even more fun when your team obviously has been there before and keeps the other team pinned rather than pushing too far and flipping the spawn.

did u like any of the Black Ops?
black ops 1 & 2 are up there....3 is good as well, i think youll like it, theres still some jumping involved but not as bad as AW

No, if you enjoy the series for what it has become then you will, but don't mistake it for what it used to be. It has the black ops feel.
