Are the Colts and the other teams on a bye this week not required to submit practice information and an official injury report to the league during the bye week?

Just curious what the status of players like Garcon and Gonzalez are...

I believe that is correct. If you are on bye, you aren't required to submit an injury report.

I'm hoping Garcon and Gonzalez are still not 100%. Just picked up Blair White, hoping he can give me a few weeks of production while my other WRs are on bye in weeks 8-10.
