It's Independence County Arkansas.Interesting twist indeed.

Shokin's witness statement is now in play in Hunter Biden's child support case. If I'm understanding correctly because Hunter pled "Poverty" outside parties are able to request entry into the case to testify to his financial situation.
- That's a county of maybe 35-40,000 people. Batesville AR has about 10,000. Hunter's prior counsel already withdrew for a conflict, and I'm guessing that's what's happening here with the judge. Usually small towns and parishes that gets a pass, but not here. I'm guessing the judge discovered he knows someone involved.
McSpadden already struck down one attempt at intervention, just this week, saying there was no right under Arkansas law. I'm guessing the same thing will happen here. I can't imagine any county judge anywhere wanting this circus in their courtroom.
