3? years ago, he was fantastic. He lost his head some last year and wasn't himself OR WRs have figured him out. QBs were able to pick on him almost exclusively and in the NFL that doesn't stop until the DB steps up or is replaced. I guess the answer to your Q depends on how you think he'll fare. In prior years he was very much avoided.
He has been a startable DB in most formats for several years. Nothing that i see changes that. Is he consistenlty elite in those? No, but as 3rd/4th DB that can be obtained late because people see CB by his name he is worth the chance.

So I suppose you missed thisTitans RCB Cortland Finnegan will move inside to cover the slot in passing situations this season.
He'll be used like Antoine Winfield in Minnesota and Charles Woodson in Green Bay, possibly even playing some safety in certain packages. The move projects to help Finnegan's IDP value; he'll play closer to the line of scrimmage and should rack up more tackles. In the nickel defense, Tennessee's two outside corners will be Alterraun Verner and Jason McCourty
