I would drop Mathews as well. Washington could be a league winner in that high scoring offense.
Philly backfield seems like it could just be ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ moving forward. I'd keep matthews for the potential goal line value and drop sproles. Washington has a somewhat clear path to relevance. Check my post:
