Dallas Offense beats AFC All-Pro defense? (1 Viewer)

Thought it was funny that for some drives during yesterday's ProBowl, it was practically the entire Dallas offense lined up against the AFC All-Pro defense.

QB: Romo

RB: Barber

WR: Owens

TE: Witten

C: Gurode

G: Davis

OT: Adams

7 out of 11 players wearing that star and scoring points.

With no blitzing or press coverage.

With no offensive scheming or game planning. Pure man on man.

And they couldn't win a playoff game.

Against no defensive scheming or game planning. You act surprised that 7 guys that play together regularly can along with 4 others can outplay 11 guys who rarely if ever have played togehter???Go watch reruns of the Dream teams playing the Europeans.

I did not watch the game, but was reading about it. It seemed Adrian Peterson was pretty good in the game

Romo was 9/16 with 87 yrds 2 tds and 1 int. I guess that is decent.

Int was Cooley's fault, the ball hit him in the wrong place...his hands.

Syrus, you are the equivalent of Maroney=SpeedBoth of you make your fellow fans look bad. Just stop.
Please excuse yourself from the thread. Last I heard this was a football fan message board. It was a fact that 7/11 guys on some of those offensive drives were 'Boys. They moved the ball well. That star shines bright.

It is. That's why I can post here as well. You're both obnoxious blowhards. You didn't start this thread to actually talk about the Cowboys offensive skill, you're just gloating. The Pro Bowl is a joke. Romo could have scored 10 TD's and it would mean nothing.

I don't want to get into a pissing match with you. I love the Cowboys too but you should temper some of your enthusiasm. Up until the Super Bowl, our Cowboys were the biggest bust of 2007.

I'm a diehard Cowboys fan, but that interception was Romo's fault not Cooley's. I remember seeing the replay and thinking how bad that throw was.....

My guess is that Dem Cowboys were somewhat embarrassed that they had so many players there after the showing they had in the playoffs. 2 years running BTW, how's that star shining?

Put your glasses back on, Poindexter. Ball hit Cooley in the hands, it was VERY catchable. There wasn't even a defender on him. Cooley's fault for buttering up his fingers before the game started.http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d8069d9e9

There is only one dream TEAM and they killed butt. The rest of the so called dream teams are just a bunch of players looking to make highlight reels.
Ironic, you're helping the point that these "all-star" games are meaningless

It was a fact that they lost to the eventual Super Bowl
in similar fashion to the Patriots. I can't knock a team for that.

Are we going to insult every team that loses at home to a decent team?

Happy? Does it matter? I'm not a fan, so I don't care, it just isn't like they got blown out by a bad team or even lost to an average team in the playoffs.
