Darrius Heyward-Bey (1 Viewer)

I like him this year. He's getting overshadowed by all of the other young WRs expected to breakout this year.

Maybe he should be overshadowed by those guys, but I think he's a good play this year. He's talented and keeps getting better. A full season with Palmer should help.

I think 70-1050-6 is a reasonable expectation, with some upside from there. That's pretty much what he would've done last year, if he hadn't have missed 2 games.

Pretty reasonable projection. Much of DHB's upside will depend on Denarius Moore's health. I think Moore is more talented but he can't stay healthy.

So given the choice between the two, which do you go with? The more talented Moore or DHB. It doesn't look like DHB has the same chemistry as laster with Palmer, but is that a product of the Raiders struggling to score, or a portend of future production?

They both had 8 targets in week 2, and DM had fewer snaps b/c of the cramping. Even in week one when DM was out, it didn't seem like DHB was the featured guy in the WR corps - just another guy. Meanwhile, DM gets talked up as "the #1 guy" when he returns.Raiders OC Gregg Knapp made it clear that Denarius Moore's (hamstring) snaps would be monitored at Miami in Week 2.

Moore will play after a second straight limited practice on Thursday, but he's a shaky fantasy starter as more than a flex option. "You've got to manage him because he's been out for so long," Knapp said. "You try and give him a chance to win critical situations, third downs, red zone, certain first and second downs also." Interestingly enough, GM Reggie McKenzie referred to Moore -- not Darrius Heyward-Bey -- as his "No. 1 guy" at receiver on Thursday. Related: Darrius Heyward-Bey
