Apparently, there's a tight end named David Johnson on the Steelers. Some people are throwing out his name in auction drafts....hilarity ensues.

I remember a thread on here where some one had mentioned a league member took that guy in round 1 (instead of the other Adrian Peterson) and the commissioner would not allow the mistake to be rectified.

I think that if it's in an online snake draft and a guy misclicks, then I would reverse that if it is brought up quickly.  If I saw it as commish, I would immediately ask owner if it was correct.   That kind of error is easy to make with a lot of online draft interfaces. 

On an auction draft where the guy's info is up for all to see, I would be less likely to reverse.   Really depends on the format and interface.  Owners should have some responsibility here.

I bet DJ is good for 46 yards of total offense and 0.1 TDs this year. You gotta lock him down early in the draft if you don't want to miss out. And if your league gives points for blocking, that's a game changer.

2 years ago my commish entered the TE for my last round flyer, i hit commish up and stated, "incorrect, i'm taking a flyer on the AZ RB"

There's a mate of mine in my league that once a season always tries to trade D Hopkins the kicker as if he is Deandre Hopkins. Has never worked, but it's mostly just a stupid joke churned out once a season

I think things like this, or nominating TE David Johnson in an auction league is funny if it happens in a long time league of friends and if the result isn't enforced. You get to rip the guy that gets  taken by it and everyone  laughs.

But if someone pulls something like this in a random league, that person is a loser who is wasting everyone's time and any commish that enforces the result is a loser too.

The loser is the guy who doesn't know football well enough to know the difference. No one wants to be accountable anymore. Tiresome.
