This is going to be a case of the rich getting richer; the lower teams in your rookie draft having a good opportunity to draft a "hit." I can see many of the wrs taken earlier busting and I agree, Samuel is one of the safest picks. 

Personally I am hoping he makes it to 2.1 so I can grab him
