He got one foot down definitely, but it looks like the second came down out of bounds. Need a better angle on it, though.

Not much mentioned on this play in here....but the 2nd foot was clearly in bounds, no? The only possibility is that the first foot, after being in bounds, went out of bounds before the 2nd foot came down. Hopefully the ref had better replays than what FOX showed us. Amazing that the two refs conferred and called it incomplete initially if that was the case.

I thought it was a catch at first, but on that second replay it looked like what you described - the first foot slid out.
