My take, 50/50 split until one gets hurt or crushes the other.
And even with that, not sure which one to gamble on. I AM a firm believer that you pick the one who has the most open market value (trade, salary cap space, etc) and move him now. I'm not sure what you could get, I'd imagine spiller would get a tangible starter? If both guys stay healthy they will both be hit and miss flex, if you deal one and other takes over you are rocking...
