I am putting together my cheetsheets this weekend for my IDP players and would like to know which defense's are utilizing the 4-3 or the 3-4 defensive alignments. Any information would be appreciated.

3-4 = Pittsburgh, Baltimore, Cleveland, New England, San Diego, Houston, San Fransisco and Dallas. To my knowledge, the rest will use the 4-3.

Teams change their alignment from game to game and even play to play. Sometimes, I wonder if alignment info is really very valuable. Of more importance is the d-coords tendancies and how he uses his personnel. The scheme plays into that but I don't think it's the end-all.
