We allow it, use CBS and it is done manually. Both sides of the trade must state the exact dollar amount and who gets it in the notes of the trade, then must contact the commissioner immediately after the trade is accepted so the dollrs can be changed. It is understood that it could be up to 24 hours before the dollars are adjusted.

We allow trading of FAAB dollars. MFL does it automatically.

Use ESPN, trading of budget dollars is allowed. Commish had to do it manually

We have a 2-1 luxury tax once you go over the FAAB amount. So I think it would get complicated as the FAAB becomes too hot of a currency and would allow for some very uneven talent trades later in the season. Does anybody put a max on amount or percentage of FAAB money which can be traded?

No, and I don't worry about "uneven talent trades" either. Whatever the setup is, just let guys manage their teams as they see fit.
