Also what's up with Bill hiring an assistant before he hires his head coach. Wouldn't the head coach want to bring in his own staff? Although no surprise, this just reaffirms that Bill will be micromanaging every aspect of this team. Will a good head coach want to come to a place where he will be micromanaged?
