All the news I hear is that the team is not worried about his knee and will not rush him back. But if he is out for an extended time, what other RBs does Houston have that can put up similar stats to his?

Actually, Davis is missing cartilige(sp) from his knee. My understanding from people who know medicine better than I do is that he can play on it if the swelling and pain can be managed, but the chances of him playing as long as even Taylor are pretty slim.

Seems like most of this is covered in the thread I linked to in post #2.
