Don Blankenship Official Campaign Thread (1 Viewer)

I'm wondering if the Trump Era of Voter Lunacy will be an ebb tide by the time Blankenship and Judge Roy get their next serious bite at the apple. I'm not sure how to evaluate whether we're at peak TEoVL yet.

Won't the GOP candidate have a chance in November?
without Blankenship in the race? yes.

Don has legal hurdles to clear to get on the ballot as the Constitution party candidate.  if he does, Manchin wins easy.

don't know about write-in.

I'm not an expert on West Virginia's "sore loser" law, but this link only says that a loser can't "change voter registration to a minor party". But it seems like there would be a loophole for Blankenship to remain a registered Republican while simultaneously accepting the nomination of the Constitution Party.

if a sore loser law applied to a guy where things did not really turn out like he planned and he has bad arthritis then bam swc is one hell of a sore loser take that to the bank regrettably bromigos

Coal mining magnate and conservative ex-GOP USSen candidate Don Blankenship (WV) - who coined phrase “Cocaine Mitch” in an ad - wins Constitution Party presidential nomination on second ballot. Likely to be on ballot in at least 20 states.
