I think he's definitely earned his shot at starting, but nobody is guaranteed. He'll have to maintain his momentum in the next preseason. Like what I see though, very much.

Hard to say, although given that the team has a lot of bigger needs than RB, he may in a decent position.

Addai will likely be gone, and you still can't rule Carter out yet though. Brown himself had a rough start, so the light could come on for Carter next year.

Still, given the way Brown has performed on a horrible team, I'm sure team brass has to be pretty happy with him.
