40 more hours fellas...

1. Location - Bar, Home, Buddy's place etc. etc.?

2. Type of TV/# of TVs?

3. NFL Network or ESPN or Both?

4. Food?

5. Supplemental Draft Material?

6. Blog/Website?

7. Other Activities?

8. Jersey - Paraphernalia?

 
Yard work in the morning followed by washing the car with the radio on - TV on for when I pass thru. Always seem to end up in the hammock with a cold one. :lmao: Weather is just too good to sit inside.

4- Burgers, Dogs, Beer, Cheesecake

7- Poker

I catch it on and off on ESPN Radio. I turn the TV on a few times each day to update the picks.

Kid's soccer, lawn care, a little time in the office, playing with my son ... eventually you lose the ability to really watch the draft (or more than one full NFL game a day) ...

I remember in law school I would be studying for finals with the tube on during the draft and I would watch the whole thing front to back ...

:memories, like the corners of my mind:

8. Jersey - Paraphernalia? - just my usual old ratty PATS shirt for good luck ;)

 
1. Wake and try to get some to start the day off on a good note

2. Get denied because its the time of the month

3. Go to Mcdonalds and get a Cinnamon Melt

4. Play Madden on ps2 to calm the nerves

5. Turn it on ESPN and watch the draft

6. Watch the Niners select Patrick Willis at Number 9 or 11th pick.

7. Watch the Niners either trade up and get Meachem or stay put and get Jason hill.

Going to be a good day!!

7. Other Activities? Staring at scantily clad women (through my wraparound sunglasses so my wife can pretend she doesn't notice), drinking beer, playing with my kids

I'll listen to it on the radio because two different stations are covering it and I can get a local flavor. I can get the reaction of the local beat guys as soon as the picks go down.

 
Sitting by the dugout, keeping the book as my son is pitching the second game of a 10am doubleheader.

I LOVE the NFL Draft...but I love my son even more. I've missed only 4 games of the probably 300 games he's played. He's 14, and is 5-1 on his team that is 27-6 at this point.

Now, the team they are playing is one of the lower ones in the league so I'm hoping for run rule in both games. If so, I can be at the draft party by 1:30 or so, in plenty of time for pick 13-15.

Of course, I'll go to my DVR that night and watch what I missed. :(

1. Minnesota, home, basement2. 52 inch eight year old TV3. ESPN4. After the Vikings pick at #7 (or wherever when they trade down). I'll drink nothing but water before then. Why? Because the Vikings could very easily make me throw up and water comes up easiest.5. None6. I'll be here for sure. Maybe a little ESPN. Good possibility of porn at some point.7. After enough work from #6, probably a nap.8. No Jersey. Might bring out the 'Green Bay Still Sucks' hanky, but everyone knows that. So probably nothing else.

What's your brand? Knob Creek is my drink of choice. Aged nine years and smoother than Jessica Alba's bottom. :D

Jacks for me... good old Jack Daniels. I been drinking it for years now so it goes down like lolly water... haha which sometimes can be a bad thing. Though I don't get hangovers from bourbon anymore which is good! :cry:

This is the first time for my boy and I to enjoy this event together. He has become a rabid sportsfan this past year (St. Louis winning the World Series and the Colts winning the Super Bowl helped). He's got his little spiral bound notebook and the 1st round teams and picks lined up. He's done a couple mocks. He's been watching Sportscenter & NFL Live, faithfully for a month. He's pumped. I honestly think he knows more about what's going on than I do. IT'S GREAT!

Holy #### that's huge! :eek: Cloudy out. Ground is wet from yesterday's torrential downpour. Looking like I might stay in to catch some of the draft after all. :lmao:

 
My band's got a gig about 3 hours out in South Jersey today so I'll be forcing ESPN radio in the tour bus on everyone till at least the GMen's pick
