Draft Dominator 5.0 is LIVE (1 Viewer)

Fractions in scoring systems are still not saved :(
By fractions you mean more than 2 decimal places? Or do you actually want to enter a fraction like 1/10?In the first case, you can edit your league file (*.ddf in the C:\Program Files\DraftDominator subdirectory), with notepad, and edit the variable directly. For example set QBPassYard=0.133333. The Draft Dominator still only shows 2 decimal places, it will use the extended value in its calculations.I'll look at extending the number of decimal places in the next release.

Great piece of work Bruce, thank youQuick question. How difficult/what's the liklihood of taking into consideration double headers. I'm in a league where we play TWO head-to-head matchups per week. Any qway to incorporate that in the software for the game-by-game feature?thanks

Sure... bring two laptops! Run the Draft Dominator on each. Of course it means double entry... but you will have the GameByGame for each game....You can run two copies of the Draft Dominator on one computer... but there would be a lot of switching back and forth....

I just introduced a new problem (the ADP values for QBs are wrong). We will post a new version late today / tomorrow morning. Sorry for this.David
I noticed that. I also found another problem when TE/WRs are lumped together. i.e. Tony Gonzalez is listed as WR/9 but also listed as TE9(not TE1). On the printout under TEs, there are 8 blank lines then Gonzalez.Other than that, I think it's great.

Thanks for the heads up. For now, if you are printing out cheatsheets, don't set TE to 0. Just set it to 1... even if you are combining with WRs...

BruceThanks for the great product. One question, does the new DD allow an export function to directly place the rosters at the end of the draft into MFL's website? There are so many of us that are commissioners using the DD and MFL, it would be really beneficial for the drafts that are held just before the season kicks off. I have suggested this a couple of times in the past and I know that Dodds responded the second time that it should be doable. Will the dropping of the partnership between FBG and MFL have any affect on this?

How do you lump them together, missed that somewhere. TIA

Currently it does not. We have still been talking about doing it... but I'm not sure what the status is. I wasn't even aware that FBG and MFL were not going to team up this year... where did you see that?

If you set the Starters TE to 0, then it lumps the TE in with the WR. The Player Pool tab changes to WR+TE...

Ok. thanks.Been messing around with it for a little while now, running a couple mock drafts and have been impressed so far with what I've been able to use and figure out. Can you point out some of the "bells and whistle" functions of the program? Just wondered if there were any cool things to make my draft better. Thanks Bruce.

There are some articles planned for the Draft Dominator. They should be rolling out soon. In the meantime, make sure to look at the User's Manual, Frequently Asked Questions, and the Readme.txt file. The first two are available on the help menu in the Draft Dominator program. The readme.txt file you might have to browse for (C:\Program Files\DraftDominator).And of course the Message Board. If you enter "Dominator" as a search word, it will point you in the right direction.
