Draft Winners (1 Viewer)

Edmunds is the guy to grab now in Arizona! Drake has a long injury history and Edmunds only has to contend with a 7th round pick, who probably won’t even make the roster. I like his chances.

Eno Benjamin is no slouch. I wouldn’t bet heavily on any of the three backs there.

Edmonds is a more than viable back up and might indeed be competition for Drake. We don't know because Edmonds got hurt last year and Drake took over, never looking back. I don't think Eno has enough to close the gap on those two. He's there in case of massive failure by the two backs. AZ announced before the draft they wanted three backs in the offense, and they drafted one to fill need.

Arizona did say that and it makes me wonder if they are going to have some type of 3 headed RB attack that will hurt all their values. It's one of the most valuable RB spots in the league if one of them gets 70% of the snaps. If it's more like 50/35/15 split it will be frustrating to own any of them.

Yeah, about Eno. Waldman liked him, but his draft position hurts him. I'm don't think one back will get seventy percent. That's a lofty number these days. Just saw a breakdown where that is rare. With the volume of snaps the Cardinals accumulate on offense, a guy can get 60 percent and still be really viable, if not darn good. I guess if you accept conventional wisdom -- that Eno will get ten percent and Edmonds a decent share, then it depends on where within the 50-60 range the snap percentage lies for Drake, doesn't it?

It does. It also depends if it's a hot hand situation or Drake is their guy and Edmonds spells him.

I'd love to see them extend Drake another year under contract if they can get him to agree to a reasonable price. Then I think you'd know who the guy was.
