Droughns to lose short yardage carries (1 Viewer)

What's the big deal here? Did anyone really have Droughns projected to put up more than 3 or 4 scores anyway?
Yes. Dodds, Woods, Henry, Tremblay, and Smith projected 7, 7, 5, 8, and 6 TDs.

There goes that great value pick/shark move :lmao:

When was the last time a CLE RB was worthy of a high draft selection.
Last year
Wrong answer.2 TDs.

3 -100 yard games.

I'll pass thanks.
Is that the only way a RB can score points in your league? Most non-guppy leagues would have given him points for the 1601 yards he racked up last year.
In my PPR league, HE WAS THE 16th RANKED RB, 70th OVERALL.What about that do you people not understand?

He's average, that's it. And if you wasted an early round pick on him this year or last, there is a good chance that team is average too.

Position Scarcity down? RB16 in the 3rd round sounds about right to me

Droughns to lose short yardage carries
So how did this one work out today?
The Browns' offense in 2005 was last in the NFL in points-scored. Going forward, in 2006, coming off a year like that, it shouldn't surprise anyone that the plans for the offense are more likely to be in flux than, say, the Colts' offense. That means that they may use Vickers in this role in week 1 but there's no guarantee he will stay in that role. By week 17, Vickers could be the starting RB for all anyone knows. Droughns looked like he got benched today in the 4th quarter after having a short pass tip off his hands and to a Bengal for an INT. Its hard to say.
