[Dynasty] 2016 Draft Class (1 Viewer)

Rotoworld:

NFL Media's Daniel Jeremiah praised the ability of UCLA WR/TE Thomas Duarte, who has been overlooked in the receiver group so far.

"I see some Jordan Reed type burst, quickness and ball skills.," Jeremiah tweeted about the junior receiver who somewhat surprisingly declared early for the 2016 NFL Draft. Duarte never eclipsed 1,000 yards in a season for UCLA and posted just three games over 100 receiving yards during his final season. The 6-foot-3 225-pound receiver could get looks as a passing focused tight end and excels in the open areas of the field.

Has there been any news at all on Duke Williams since his release aside from the apology he issued? I can't really find anything.

I drafted him as a devy in one league, holding onto him in the hopes that someone takes a chance on his talent despite his off the field problems, because he seems like one helluva lottery ticket to take a shot on. A 1st/2nd round talent that could fall to the later rounds and pay off huge if he gets his head on straight.
Probably won't hear much until the Combine rolls around.Tex

Dismissed Auburn WR Duke Williams invited to combine. Pretty much a make-or-break shot for him.

3 WRs that I like a lot & should become more popular as draft season continues

Malcolm Mitchell

Rashard Higgins

Kenny Lawler

1 WR that I've heard a lot of positive praise about that I can't get on board with is Pharoh Cooper.

Went back for 2nd look, don't see it.

If we were looking for the top playmakers in a pickup game, Pharoh Cooper would be high on my list, just don't see organized skills.
Tyler Knittle

@JaysonBraddock translates with right coaching though?
Jayson Braddock ‏@JaysonBraddock

Possibly, would have to show Stefon Diggs type of growth.
Jayson Braddock ‏@JaysonBraddock

Demarcus Robinson is what people thought Marqise Lee would be. Dangerous w his quickness, playmaker w the ball, dog w/ a bone when blocking

Jayson Braddock ‏@JaysonBraddock

WR Keyarris Garrett took ALL his reps from the right side of the formation in the 5 games I've studied. Same as Quinton Patton at La Tech

I wasn't as high on Patton as most when he came out of La Tech for this reason. All routes, catches, etc coming from right side.

Keyarris Garrett's size + speed & ability on "Go" throws will increase his value to some team hoping to develop him.
Jayson Braddock ‏@JaysonBraddock

Teams always hope to develop bigger, fast WRs, like Justin Huner, Gerrell Robinson, Tommy Streeter. Rarely gets ROI

I'll say this for Josh Norris...He's a prolific writer and opinionator.
So are an infinite number of monkeys. He doesn't have a QB going until pick 15; the last time no QB was taken in the top 3 picks was 15 years ago.
Wasn't EJ the first QB taken at 16 in 2013?

Sorry, you're right.

Still seems unlikely to me. No QB from the 2013 draft has become a regular starter. It's theoretically possible that there's no top-15 talent in this draft, but it's hard to make much of a case against Goff.
