Ok, as FBG has gotten more and more popular I've seen more & more confusion over Dynasty/Keeper topics & responses vs. Redraft topics & responses. Having to continuously ask whether the question &/or response is dynasty or redraft focused has been quite a task & has actually turned me off to the forums quite a bit.

I have vastly different opinions & thoughts on a topic based on whether it's in a redraft format vs. a dynasty/keeper format. (i.e.; Is Peyton Hillis the #1 RB? Do I trade Antonio Gates for Dez Bryant... etc) Its asking alot of every post to include an introduction describing their league format for clarity sake, & i don't think it will ever happen.

So I have a few thoughts on how to improve the forums, polls provided what do you think?

I would love to participate primarily in the dynasty thread because those are the leagues I play in. I find a lot of posts in the SP to be really helpful for redraft (in one league) and the huge dynasty thread has good info but it gets confusing.

 its hard to follow the dynasty thread sometimes.

It's interesting to see about 30% are ok with "as is", i wonder if alot in both league types or don't mind sifting thru the other stuff than what they want... Any comments from the happy "as is" folks?

The primary dynasty thread, at 200+ pages, is extremely difficult to keep up with, as previously mentioned. If you miss a few days, it takes a long time to backtrack, and I find I'm often trying to wade through post after post regarding Poster X's rating methods rather than discussing players. A little more organization of posts with dynasty specific value certainly couldn't hurt.

Would love to see a separate dynasty forum. I think the downfall though would be you might not see as much traffic much like the IDP forum.

that's the reason i voted for markers rather than separate threads.the forum i came from last year had separate dynasty and redraft threads. they were both very and equally active during the season. during the off season the dynasty thread had 100% of the action (a good thing). the only difference is that they had AC topics mixed in with the "SP" topics, which increased traffic greatly.there's 3 ways to separate topics.1)redraft - now, ROS2)dynasty - long term3)AC - sit or starttraffic, this is the problem. that other forum would not have been able to support 3 separate forums. as great as the shark pool is here, they don't have enough traffic in the AC. i can't remember the last time i visited the AC to tell you the truth. the reason the other forum could adequately support a second was because they had AC topics within both of them. since we don't have that here, a 3rd forum will dilute the entire message board community here too much.the dynasty/redraft problem is my only complaint here. i think a simple marker would do wonders to improve the SP.

Very nice thought on the radio button option, I could see that being an easy add
That's what this was for: Dynasty Thread Marker
been here just as long as you, we both know no one pays attention to that, people constantly respond to those topics with with comments like, "I dropped Javhid Best last week for Maurice Morris, you should do the same". Not Dynasty comments
