Dynasty Rankings (1 Viewer)

We get more information on IDP during the season due to the excellent articles from the IDP staff...Every week you get an extended look at IDP players to watch for, especially for dynasty leagues...On the offensive side of the ball what you mostly get are weekly projections...There is very little information for dynasty owners or even rookies as the season progresses on the offensive side of the ball...This seems to be a backwards trend this year...
Are you reading the Dynasty Watch this year? Look back if you haven't - we've been rock solid in picking up on talent on the WW.

My other fav was Rudnicki, and I'm sorry to see him stop.
thanks. I feel like dynasty rankings can fluctuate dramatically during the season from week to week so I wasn't sure if it was worth doing this until the season ended.I'll try to find some time to update them though.
I don't know if anyone should want these updated weekly. You're right. every 4 weeks or so would suffice IMO. 4 times in season seems right.
:goodposting: I think once a month rankings would be great.

i've been in some of my dynasty league for almost 10 years now. I do my research. I have my opinions.

Right now is an important time for dynasty league owners. There are teams fighting for the playoffs who may overpay for a key (marginal) starter. Or if you are rebuilding, you can get some young talent for the future relatively cheaply.

I like having my opinion and double checking it against some informed guys like Rudnicki, Bloom and Pasquino. Usually I'm in the ballpark. On the times I'm not...I'll look at it again and maybe my opinion will change (or not)
That's exactly the point.

Thanks Bloom for the effort.Your updated dynasty rankings to me is the single biggest toolon this site.I truly wish others would follow your lead.
For once, my name and "biggest tool" are in the same sentence, and I don't feel insulted.
Hey Bloomster (you tool :D ), if you need some help here, why not enlist the peanut gallery? There are some really sharp dynasty players here. You shouldn't have to do dynasty along, even if you are da GURU. (and you are! )Somethings needed:-an extensive report on dynasty sleepers - not only guys like Floyd, but guys that maybe on practice squads worthy of a pick-up (especially by teams that need to re-load).- How much gas is left in the tank report on older players- Upcoming coaching changes that could really effect player production (Denny Green, for example)- Value of upcoming year's rookie picks - trade or hold by round. - Late round rookie sleeper value picks
:thumbup:Always looking for ideas.Expect a LOT of material from me in the offseason.
These are some great ideas  I like the dynasty watch because you give more information about the players than just a ranking. I would love to see that expanded with a few more players listed with more information than just guys you should be watching. It would be a great help when looking at an individual players outlook if there was a little note about his dynasty value. Maybe a player is a backup this year and he has a good shot of being a starter next year because either he or the guy ahead of him is a FAThank you Bloom for keeping the rankings up to date. I like to check your rankings when making trades at this time of the year. The [rankings submitted within] would be great to see more than 2 guys rankings in the last 35 day time frame. Thanks again and I look forward to more dynasty info.

Any chance the rankings could go deeper at WR?

I'd be interested in seeing opinions on prospects like Travis Wilson, DJ Hackett, Maurice Stovall, and Hank Baskett.
