I enjoyed OZ's threads for positonal dynasty rankings and thought I would try the same for the rookies. (Hope that's not a problem OZ) This is not a question of who would you draft at 1.01, but rather how do you rank the rookies.

I think this one can be called for Reggie. I plan on leaving some of them open longer before moving on, but we all knew what the results would be here.
