I think there's enough fine-print to cover in that to last another 50 or so pages. It's not a "loss" is she ends up with Ebola -- it's only a loss if she spreads it to someone else. This is all fine and good unless she ends up with ebola.....like the New York doctor.
I think we're disagreeing, essentially, about the safety of asymptomatic Ebola-infected peoplenot being under quarantine. I think it's totally safe, you and some others feel there's enough non-zero risk there to do something about.
but ftr, I agree with Doug. The nurse either has Ebola or doesn't- riding around on a bicycle isn't going to do anything... from what we're being told about how this spreads. If she has ebola and becomes symptomatic- then of course she shouldn't be riding around on a bicycle or anywhere outside of a boy-in-the-bubble type arrangement. But until she does... unless she's spraying people with bodily fluids in the freak moment she's outside and suddently becomes symptomatic, bicycle like the wind.
Saying 'it's unfortunate' = moron.
