2017 mid to late 1st rd rookie pick

Tyrell Williams or Lockett

I used my 1st rounder (8th overall) on Johnson this summer in our 1st year of a brand new Dynasty league!! And am perfectly happy with it!

I agree (I guess that makes me #8) that it's not nearly enough, BUT.....

you never know what the guy will take unless you ask.  Send him the offer, but with a note that says "this offer is just to get the ball rolling, I recognize it's low, not meant as an insult, just trying to initiate a conversation to see what it will take".
