This was new to me so sorry if repeat...

If you have Amazon Echo Dot / Alexa, you can customize Alexa's responses to certain words. Go into app, choose Routines from drop-down menu.  Click + in top right corner and it walks you through this.  

This is easy way to get Alexa to say something specific to your family, etc.  and blow your kid's mind.

So I just did this with my kids.

The school district has been sending official emails every other day or so, so I took one of them, downloaded all the images, and created a new document in Word. Saved it as a PDF and then emailed it to myself.

Had the superintendents name on it and everything, complete with school district letterhead.

The Board of Education had a special meeting on Tuesday night at 6 p.m. to discuss learning options in light of the technological issues we have had with the VPN and students being able to connect to the networks.

On behalf of the Board of Education and district staff, we have decided to bypass the rest of the school year, and students will just re-take their existing grade level next year.

We understand this is a frustrating time, but we feel this is the best way for students to receive a full-year experience and make sure they are properly educated for their grade level. Thank you for understanding.
