Chargers S Eric Weddle felt pop in groin Sunday in fourth quarter. Will undergo further testing Monday. Team ended game with two safeties.

I wouldn't cut him unless his injury is going to have him miss many games. He is one of the most consistent DB's out there so giving up on him after 2 games (one where he got injured) is a little too quick.

Now if he is going to miss 6+ games then go ahead and cut ties.

He is having an up and down season. Anyone watching close enough to decipher why? He has been the model of consistency for a long time.

Injuries have cost him some but the Chargers are also getting blown out in many games too which might affect the opponents game flow and diminish Weddles usage.
