espn first take...and Braylon? (1 Viewer)

So I'm watching this ESPN this morning and Braylon's DUI appears to be double the legal limit. So the first "stu" questions why Braylon was pulled over, perhaps because he was black. The "tint" on Braylon's vehicle was the reason the car as pulled over. At that point both white analysts looked spooked. They offered A suggestion as the area Braylon was traveling was well lit. I guess I have A problem when A dummy like Brayon, who is intoxicated over the legal limit, is being defended because of race.

I understand but were all drivers with dark tint pulled over last night in and around New York or wherever Braylon was? I'm not defending him at all and he is a moron for not hiring a driver with the amount of coin he makes.

Message to all NFL players...as part of your big contracts you are ordered to employ a full time driver to take you out anytime you feel the need to toss a few back, it will run you about $50,000 a year but is well worth it. Lots of unemployed people are ready and willing to drive you wherever you like.

I live in NJ right near NY.5:15 am, leaving NY back into NJ, with dark tints, and "probably" not driving 100% as well as possible considering he was double the legal limit .... yes it equals ground for suspicion.Someone driving into NY from NJ at 5:15 ... not so much. Probably going to work early. Leaving NYC into NJ at 5:15 am is totally different. Also, I'm white as can be and I got a ticket for tinted windows in NJ when I was 19. My cousin who is much younger than me just got one last year. Also white as can be.My wife, also white as can be, got a cell phone ticket last month. How many people talk on their cell phone while driving? Seriously. The cop who pulled her over was black. Never ONCE did my wife or I think he did so because she was white.

 I also live in the NJ burbs and I know plenty of (white and black) people who have been pulled over for dark windows that weren't even illegally tinted. The cops then check the tint and let them go. I have a feeling it's a pretty big moneymaker for police departments.

If his windows were tinted that dark, how would they know if he was black, white or purple? Especially with it being 5AM and still dark out.

The fact that anyone would defend him or imply racism is ridiculous. Why did he get pulled over? He was double the legal limit, you don't think his driving might have been a little off?

The cop saw his dark windows and thought "Look at those windows, He's got to be black, and if he's black he must be up to no good" He just lucked into the DUI. :goodposting:

White people can't tell the difference between hard, honest working black people and criminal black people, because we all basically dress the same. We all basically wear jeans, boots, sometimes an occasional baseball hat -- y'all can't tell. But see, black people, we can just look at what a white person's wearing and tell this guy's messed up -- get away from this guy -- because all the bad white people wear the same exact thing: police uniforms.

Both "Live Stus" are knuckleheads. The one who used to play football (Ryan, I think) is possibly the dumbest person ever on ESPN. He makes Skip Bayless look like a smart guy, which is pretty hard to do.
