ESPN Keeper League Options (1 Viewer)

I was wondering what the options are for ESPNs keeper leagues. We are changing to a keeper league and want to keep 3 players while giving up a draft pick based on the players draft position. Is this something ESPNs options will accommodate?

If any of you have experience with ESPN and keeper leagues please give me your feed back. We are trying to decide if we will need to switch to MFL or if we can stay with ESPN.

Based on the settings available on espn today, its not an option to lose the pick. You may want to email them and ask them to add the functionality for 2012. Im sure there is a way around it.

I THINK there is a way to do it, with the keepers taking the place of an owner's earliest round draft choices.

I do know there is no way currently to set it up where you keep a player in exchange for a random later round draft pick.

This is my biggest complaint about ESPN's setup. I can live with all of their other defaults.

You can set it up where the 3 keepers are the first 3 rounds. i am in an old league on ESPN and we keep 2; they count as your first two picks and you get them back if you don't keep anyone. In ours the keeper rounds are straight, even though the rest of the draft is serpentine. I think that is default and I don't think it can be modified.

We are starting a dynasty league this year does anyone know when espn allows you to start a draft? The software isn't live right now.

I have a dynasty league on ESPN and it is fine. They are usually pretty late for switching over to the new year though, around mid June. They mainly do live drafts, which isn't great for dynasty, so you may want to do an offline draft and enter the results manually.
