Excel stats (1 Viewer)

Maybe someone smarter than me has figured this out - if so, my congratulations...

Where can somebody go to get excel (or even a plain old tabular format) stats on a weekly basis by team?? I use these to evaluate defenses when planning my matchups. "Use the cheatsheets" I know, I know, but I like to see a week-over-week view of passing yards allowed by team, rushing TDs allowed by team, etc.

Right now I go to Sporting News every week and key in the data, but it has to exist somewhere in a better, downloadable format, right??? Can someone point me in the right direction???

Thanks. I'll be over at the SportingNews site manually keying my data into excel for the next 20 minutes....

Dr D's stats can be incorporated into excel docs - search the TEXT of shark pool threads the last coupe weeks and there's an excellent thread on that.

you won;t find it by the title of the thread.

You could probably take the YTD stats that FBG puts together, and Right Click and select "Export to Excel" feature.

then just delete the rows you don't want, and split the columns.

CBS Sportsline also has a feature right on the page that allows you to export stats to excel ( if you have a league hosted there)
