He's suspended. The Fifth Circuit vacated the injunction granted in East Texas. For now, Yahoo! lists him as suspended.

About a 0% chance the en banc hearing is granted. I expect he will re-file his original case but if he has to file in NY and not Texas he will lose. Sometime this season or next he will serve the suspension.Appeal filed for case to be heard en banc by the NFLPA. That means the entire Fifth Circuit Court will hear the case instead of the 2-1 ruling handed down.

FWIW - NFLN reported last night there were 200+ similar requests filed in 2016... 6 were granted. So maybe his odds are closer to 3% (than 0%).Thanks.
Are you a lawyer? I ask that without sarcasm or jerkiness. Because a lot of would-be guys have determined his year, and they've all been wrong.

I think he's eligible Wk 16, bud.So does he only have one more week to go? Does the week 6 Suspension count?
@Maurile Tremblay ?
@Sigmund Bloom
Ahhhh, forgot about the bye week.Yeah, he wasn't suspended during his bye week. There should be no confusion. Yahoo! projects him back in Wk 16.
