Pretty sure I saw that.Omega Man (remake of the Vincent Price vehicle, re-re-done by Will Smith, based on a novel about the Last Man On Earth) from late '60s, early '70s go to Apocalytic sci fi* leading man Charlton Heston, pretty much had nothing but albinos. There was the Star Trek episode where they had to feed the machine rocks in Paradise, or it got "hungry" (The Apple - actually they had tans and colored eyes, just white hair).
