11-4 on the year, tied the L.T. owner in the first round of the playoffs (beat him by two in the bench scoring tiebreaker) and won by 7 last night for back to back championships. Merry Christmas to me from Steven Jackson.

Secret weapon? The Bears carried me many a week. Shhhh...

It won me the toilet bowl in our league...so I got $100. If Leinart had been starting all year I think I'd have been in the normal 'playoffs' instead of being king of the turds. ha. Watch out for me next year!!

Didn't score much this week (my entire bench scored like crazy!), but just enough to beat my opponent. 1st appearance in the playoffs and 1st championship obviously. The rest of the league has begun to pray heavily (or :banned: ) as they are sure the end of the world is upon us with my victory...

Check this out guys. I commish a league that is dedicated to the memory of Fantasy Football enthusiasts that are also in the military and have lost there life in Iraq and Afghanistan. One of the guys who played with us was in Iraq during the draft, and missed it. His team was auto drafted. He used the waiver wire throughout the season to scrape together a team and he made the playoffs as a wildcard team. During the championship game he played against the Juggernaut team that had LT2, Brees, and the Chicago D. He won. Below is his roster. His trophy will be in the mail Friday. He has more than earned it. By the way it was a 12 team league

Only bad coaching move of week was last minute decision to play Grossman instead of Kitna. Still won by big margin over Brees, Betts, Barber, Owens, A Johnson, H Ward, LJ Smith, Graham and Dallas. Had asked the other contender earlier in the week about winner take all for the superbowl but he didn't bite. Sure wish he had now. :D

12-teams, 7 keepers, start 7 (QB, RB, 2WR, RB/WR, TE, D), non-PPR, standard scoring...

QB: Carson Palmer, Brett Favre, Brad Johnson

RB: Steven Jackson, Frank Gore, Ladell Betts, Reggie Bush, Fred Taylor, Lendale White

WR: Reggie Wayne, Darrell Jackson, Chris Chambers

TE: Jason Witten, Ben Watson

PK: Jason Elam, Ryan Longwell

Last couple of weeks I used Chambers with Jackson hurt, fortunately, it didn't cost me. Betts was insurance I didn't need, but was a great pickup nonetheless.

Beat the LT owner handily with his "off" week, and his other key players also didn't show up (Romo, Holt, Shockey). Worse for him, he traded me Gore mid-way through last season for Trent Green when he had QB issues.

14 team PPR

QB - Peyton Manning

RB1 - Brian Westbrook

RB2 - Mike Bell / Dominic Rhodes / Leon Washington

WR1 - Donald Driver

WR2 - TJ Houshamenzadehhh

WR3 - Lee Evans

TE - Ben Watson / Vernon Davis

Flex - Marques Colston

K - Robbie Gould

DEF - Flavor of the week

Last week, I won a 12 man league championship with this roster (starters in bold):

QB - Vick, Kitna

RB - S. Jackson, Parker, Dunn, Addai

WR - Driver, Colston, Evans, Branch

TE - Winslow

K - Gould, Rackers

D- San Diego, Kansas City

Thank goodness for Jackson, Gould, and KC. LT crapping the bed for my opponent helped too.

This week, I am in two championship games:

12 man league (projected starters in bold):

QB - Rivers, Young

RB - S. Jackson, R. Brown, Dayne, Pittman, Turner, L. Washington

WR - Wayne, TJ Housh, S. Moss

TE - Heap, Winslow

K - Graham

D - Ryans, J. Miller, Bulluck

8 man league

QB - Vick, Kitna, Roethlisberger

RB - L. Johnson, R. Johnson, Bush, Benson, Turner

WR - Harrison, TJ Housh, Boldin, Edwards, Mark Clayton

K - Kaeding, Gramatica

D - San Diego, Minnesota

Our champion started

Palmer, Betts, Lewis, McGahee, Driver, Galloway, Gates, Elam, Baltimore.

Won 111-108 against

Rivers, LT, Dayne, Harrison, Roy Williams, B.Edwards, Crumpler, Kasay, Chicago

My winning team, guys in bold were drafted. 10 team league, 16 rounds, no IR.

QB: Jeff Garcia (D. McNabb 8:10)

RB1: L. Tomlinson (1:1)

RB2: F. Gore (5:1)

WR1: M. Harrison (2:10)

WR2: C. Johnson (3:1)

WR3: T. Glenn (9:1)

PK: S. Graham (13:1)

DT: Vikings (Seahawks 14:10)

The Vikings and Jeff Garcia I picked up off the waiver wire. I made a lot of add/drops but essentially went with these guys all year except for a couple games I used Jake Plummer, and Tatum Bell when he was hot over Frank Gore and I think I sat Glenn down for a game or two.

I won 95 - 51 in the Championship game and I won 124 - 98 in the 2nd round of the playoffs and since I won my division I had a first round bye.

I finished 13-2 for the year.

At the turn I was 3-4, won 6 of my last 7 to finish 3rd seed.

Scraped home in the first round even when my opponent had LT when he blew up in Week 15, then had a nice 20 pooint win in the bowl. My most unexpected league title ever.

Starters in bold

QB: Garcia, V.Young

RB: Barber, Westbrook, Gore, M.Jones-Drew

WR: Driver, Burress, D.Henderson, Bruce, Cotchery, Kennison

TE: Colston (listed as a WR/TE in Yahoo, was a HUGE help), Winslow, Scaife

HIS TEAM

WR: Plaxico Burress

TE: Alge Crumpler

PK: Matt Stover

ST/DEF: Baltimore

Final Score in my league was.. My team=88 His Team=57

My backfield alone scored 62 of my points. And with LT not doing much as far as scoring the Ring is mine.

12 team league:

QB: Palmer

RB: LT, SJAX

WR: CJ, Boldin

TE: Shockey

K: Stover

Def: Chicago

Obviously, LT was a huge part of my team but Chicago came up big a few weeks. SJAX came through last week.
