The Shark Pool has a bunch of message board contests. I think this board needs one. So, here's an idea. FBGFFTOCSIDPMBC = Footballguys, fantasy football tournament of champions style, individual defensive players, message board contest. Self explanatory, no?Each week you pick 4 IDPs but you can only use each player one time all season. You have to start 1DL, 1LB, 1DB, and one flex player at any position. Total points through week 17 will determine the winner. I think we should use scoring from one of our leagues, so we can just look up weekly point totals at a league site without having to calculate customized scoring. Good idea, huh? I'm in!Okay, who wants to run this?

Toss in independently wealthy and the combination would be perfect. Ah well, two out of three ain't bad.
I wonder how many contestants would participate? It wouldn't be fun without a couple three dozen involved. It would be too much work if it was really big. This forum is so quiet most the time there might not be much interest which wold be boring.So let's test market.

6I'll either use Zealots IDP scoring rules, or rules from another league which are weighted a little tackle heavy-- 1.5 per solo, .5 per assist, 1 per PD, 3 for sacks, FF, FR, blocks, 4 per int, 6 all TDs.. etc.

I was unable to draft Chris Chambers or Chris Cooley. Chambers went at the end of round 2 turn. I went to the next WR on my board: Donald Driver. Trying to trade for Cooley.
