No he isn't. Although we were just casual acquaintances through some mutual friends who were in a fantasy football league with him, I did meet ***N S**** a couple times years ago and he was pretty much the same character he portrays himself here as, such as the tuna can in the theatre incident and causing scenes in places of business where he has a run in with employees. He was kicked out of their fantasy league and abruptly left L.A. after that, but I can't go into the stories or details of either, as it was told to me second hand, but suffice to say, it did not paint the portrait of a "genuinely good guy" which was also my impression from our brief meetings.
