I posted this question earlier i aske this question not to get advice on who to deaft but as a general question of would anyone consider drating a Tom Brady as a #1 pick or any QB Im not asking for help on who to draft Lol my draft is mot for another month in a half

Ive been going over different scenarios in my head as far as what I would do if I had the #1 Pick and i can't find a way you do not take Tom Brady with the #1 pick Ive never in my 15yr ff career takena qb before the 5th rd but in my scoring system ( all td's under 40 yds 6 pts all td's over 40 yds 9 pts.) I believe he is a no brainer am I wrong in considering this scenario is there anyone else who would consider making this move This is a 12 team league we start 1qb 1 Te 1 K 1def/st and any combination of 5 between the rb/wr position but you have to start at least 1 of each we have 14 roster spots all together

Draft QBs early and often. There are only 32 of them

Seriously, no to the QB. Keep taking as you have in the past. There is value in later rounds

If you really beleived that (you shouldn't though) and you had no other QB projected within 10-15 TDs than you should definately consider it.However like I implied the prospects that Tom Brday will be head and shoulders above all other QBs - like he was two years ago - is unlikely. Should you draft him that high and he turns out to be just another QB than you have done yourself a real disservice.

if it's a 12-team snake draft, you're picking 1, 23/24...count all the players that will be gone before you pick at 23...that's a boatload of RB's and all of the top WR's..while a guy like Phil Rivers, Aaron Rodgers might still be out there..I think you're best suited to take a RB 1st (ADP,Forte,MJD) and select best WR/RB combo at 23/24..

I can't see Brady doing anything more than ,say, 4000 yards, 30-ish TDs...he won't repeat 2007's statline..

Can you provide a link to QB scoring last year and where they were drafted? How did Aaron Rodgers do and where was he taken? How about Roethlisberger?Earlier where did Brees get taken?
