FFA poker tonight? (1 Viewer)

Think we can get some games going tonight? It's Saturday night. How about some tourney action? Paging the guys who are better at setting these up.

When does Full Tilt re-open for American players?
This really happening?

I am so itching for ipokes. Wish I lived in Jersey.
I play at carbon poker regularly and I think I made a deposit with a regular credit card or checking account. I haven't tried withdrawing yet but heard it's not too hard. The majority of players on that site are U.S
"Your account is disabled for security purposes because you are trying to log in from a restricted country or state."

Missed this thread last night. I would have played with you GB.

Been playing on Bovada a lot lately. They decline my CC but it was very easy to stop by the nearest 711 and buy a prepaid Visa card to initially fund the account. They're currently running a huge tournament series, lots of action.

That's odd. I've been playing there for well over a year and I live in Philly. I wonder if something has changed.

That's what it said when I tried an old account I had there. I just set up a new one and was able to log in.

Still can't deposit though. :hot:

If Bovada or Carbon allow player-to-player transfers, shoot me a PM if anyone has cash in there they'd like to exchange for a Paypal payment.

TIA

I don't think any of the US rooms do transfers anymore. That's the one thing the US Govt really doesn't want to see due to AML laws.

Not sure if this has anything to do with anything...There have been some recent changes to the states allowed to play on PlayersOnly and Carbon.

Unfortunately, both sites no longer accept accounts from New York, Washington, Maryland, Missouri, DC, Louisiana, Kentucky, Utah, Nevada, New Jersey or Delaware.

I actually was able to deposit to Carbon and am playing there now.

Nice!

Thanks for the Visa tip at Carbon. I had sort of given up on online play because my credit cards wouldn't ever work. But AT&T just sent me a Visa Reward card and, sure enough, Carbon took it. So I can at least play around for micro stakes.

How do you get paid out from Carbon?
I'm pretty sure you can get a paper check. I haven't tried yet. I basically just play micro stakes (.5/.10, .10/.25) to improve my game. I've built up a pretty nice stack but I'm still a little nervous to withdraw.
What name do y'all play under there? I should be easy to spot, FBGLoke. I'm playing the same levels as you.

Freddy140. I typically play .10/.25 NL on Friday/Saturday night after 11:00 (when the wife goes to bed). It's a nice time to play because there are usually more tables and drunk players (often times me included). I don't usually play too often during the week. I'll look out for you.

Yea, I just jump on whenever, in small stints. They gave me five entries in to those nightly $1k tournies. I need to try and do one of those. But it appears they are only during the week, which is bad for me. We're early to bed....

I've been playing at Bovada, love it there. Haven't tried Carbon but if you fools are on there and wanna start up a game like the good ol days, i'd be down like 4 flats and no spare.

Actually, Day 2, Carbon is now kicking me off. I try logging in and get the same message as I noted above.

Forgot how much I hated tournament suckouts. Didn't take long to get reminded. Sticking with cash games from here on out.
